On our platform, we place a high value on the safety of both professionals and customers. We are launching a variety of initiatives in the aftermath of the COVID-19 outbreak to assist establish a safe environment so that we can better serve our communities.

wear mask: During bookings, we require Pros to wear PPE and recommend consumers to wear facial coverings as well.

certify themselves: We require every pro to self-certify that they are not suffering from a fever, cough, or shortness of breath, as well as to commit to following CDC and local health rules on a daily basis.

use Covid preventive measures: COVID-19 prevention tools: We're distributing the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's health and safety standards and best practices to customers and professionals to follow before, during, and after a booking.

sanitize themselves: Sanitation: We're offering advice to experts on how to use EPA-approved cleaning products.
